Tecco FAQ
FAQ

Where can Pagano buildings be found?

Pagano has been constructing buildings of many varied types and sizes over the last 40 years in countries all over the western world, including, inter alia, U.K, Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Russia, the US and Africa.

What materials are they made of?

The building frames, the floors and roofs are made from selected north European conifer Glulam laminated timbers. The external panel walls, including windows and door frames are created using similar laminated timber sections. The panels are a composite construction that adds rigidity to the frame.

Who designs the buildings?

Each customer has his or her own ideas as to the property they would most like to develop. Based upon the customer‘s requirements, Tecco Systems Limited will design and build each project using such method of development as is most suited to the customers budget.

How long does a project take?

This depends on the system of construction. Should one elect to utilise the Pagano System of construction, then whilst foundations and services to sites are being laid, the framework and panels (called "Kits") are simultaneously undergoing manufacture. From start to finish, a project without complications should take between 9 to 12 months.

When can one take occupation of the building?

This will depend on the extent and complexity of additional facilities incorporated into the development; such as smart systems, specialised eco systems, and the like.

How much does it cost?

The cost depends upon the system of construction employed in the project, its size, the complexity of the building, its design and ultimately, the customers’ budget.
