In adhering to its sustainable principles Tecco Systems Ltd has selected the Pagano System of Construction that incorporates high thermal performance building elements, energy saving lighting, recycled, reclaimed and sustainable materials that ensure these properties have minimal environmental impact and produce overall carbon neutral structures.

Low "U" values ensure minimal temperature diffusion and energy consumption costs. The latest eco devices such as solar and wind energy generation units are optional, as are rain water purification and storage units. Other devices can also be incorporated into the System, as required.
